🚧🚗 MUTUAL AID CRASH 🚗🚧

Rescue and Chief went to Moon Township Volunteer Fire Company for a reported vehicle crash with entrapment. 197AST arrived with a dump on its side with the driver entrapment and added rescue companies 258/245.

245 crew assisted with extrication and the driver was treated and transported in stable condition by EMS.

🔥🔥 MUTUAL AID FIRE 🔥🔥

Just before 5 am units were dispatched to a reported fire in a restaurant in North Fayette Township VFD . First alarm units found a fire in the exhaust system that had extended to the roof area. Fire was quickly brought under control with no reported injuries.

245EN responded on the 2nd alarm of an eventual 3 alarm fire in Edgeworth yesterday.

🔥 Mutual Aid Fire🔥

245RQ went automatic aid to Carnegie for a 1 alarm residential fire.

Last night around 10 pm, your volunteers were dispatched to a report of a house on fire with possible entrapment on Flynn Ave. 118 Engine arrived on scene as the first-due engine to a single-story ranch house with smoke showing. 118 Engine got a report on scene of somebody still inside the residence and that the fire was in the basement. All searches were negative, and nobody was inside the home. 118 Engine worked on suppression and overhaul. Crews were on scene for several hours before returning to service. The fire is being investigated by the Allegheny County Fire Marshal’s Office.

🚗First due for a vehicle into a structure.🚗

245DEP arrived with one vehicle into a storefront with a driver still inside. 245Q arrived and had good PT access and no entrapment. REMS took over PT care. Crews controlled utilities and evaluated the damage finding it to be all cosmetic and not structural (unsupported brick facade is certainly dangerous, but not structural). PT was transported with minor injuries. The area was marked off and turned over to PD. The building owner will have further evaluation and repairs completed.

🔥 Automatic Aid Fire🔥

Early morning run to Carnegie for a residential fire. 245ENG operated second due picking up 118's split lay and establishing a water supply. Crew then assisted with suppression and overhaul efforts.

Auto fire in the first due. 245 Engine arrived and stretched. We heard it caused quite the traffic mess for a while. 🫣
