Important Update: Milan's New Emergency Alert System.

The City of Milan is making a transition to a new Emergency Alert System.

Effective immediately, RAVE alerts will no longer be sent via text, email, or voicemail for those who were registered with that system.

Beginning in early November, you will have the opportunity to register for alerts through our new service provider, Everbridge.

Please note that this transition does not impact other emergency alert systems, such as the tornado warning sirens, which will remain operational and will be used in emergencies.

Stay connected with us on Facebook for updates regarding the new system and instructions on how to register.

Autism Awareness Day
World Autism Awareness Day is an international observance dedicated to celebrating the rights, dignity, and diverse perspectives of autistic people. It is observed annually on April 2 and serves as the centerpiece of Autism Acceptance Month, providing a platform to amplify autistic voices and advocate for neuroinclusive environments in various sectors. The day was designated by the United Nations General Assembly in 2007 and has since been a global movement to promote acceptance, appreciation, and inclusion of autistic individuals.
