All of the women who have me heart mind and soul. The magic and wonder that happens in this house are women who have become totally unafraid to live. We cares for dogs, fish, horses, goats, chickens, turkeys, snakes, cats and rats. Service work in the form of loving a dog like it’s their own so another can get recovery, knowing that success means giving that dog back to its owner. These women baffle me in their courage and compassion.

One of our sweet regulars, Jax, has gone missing, and his family is heartbroken.

If you’ve ever met Jax, you know he’s a gentle little guy with a big personality. We’ve had the privilege of caring for him, and we’re hoping the power of our amazing community can help bring him home safely.

If you think you’ve seen him, or have any information that might help, please contact his family immediately or send us a message so we can help get the information to them.

Had the absolute best time celebrating at the Port Richey Waterfront Park! 🎆✨ We wanted to give back to our amazing community, so we set up and did free face painting to bring some extra smiles to the families out enjoying the fireworks. 🎨🦁 Watching the kids (and adults!) light up when they saw their finished faces was the absolute best part of the night. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth—you made our night so special! Happy 4th of July, everyone! 🇺🇸❤️

This is Makasa.

She’s our therapy horse at Da Vinci Recovery, and she recently dislocated her shoulder.

Today, with help from the men of Solis Marine, we built a support sling to give her the best chance to heal.

Please keep this sweet girl in your thoughts and prayers.

Dogs have a way of healing things that words can’t.

Today I looked around and saw women in recovery smiling, laughing, and connecting with dogs who don’t care about their past, their mistakes, or their struggles.

They just love them.

That’s part of the mission behind Da Vinci Unleashed. Every groom, every boarding stay, every wagging tail helps create opportunities, purpose, and hope.

Meet Shruti in full tropical tie-dye mode 💙🩷💛💚

We wanted her colors to feel like old-school tie dye — soft blends, little white fade lines like rubber bands, and LOTS of personality 🌴🐾

At Da Vinci Unleashed, we believe grooming can be:

Some moments are quiet, but they say everything.

Tonight, our team cared for a very fragile little dog while his person took a step toward treatment. He arrived tired, weak, and in need of immediate comfort.

So we did what Da Vinci does.

We cleaned him up.
Wrapped him warm.
Fed him gently.
Kept him close.
And made sure he was not alone.

This is the heart behind Da Vinci Unleashed: dogs need safety, people need hope, and recovery needs community. 💛
