🚀 The future of military medicine was on full display at the Immersive Health Care Technology Demo Day earlier last month.

The event, hosted by the Defense Health Agency and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, brought together service members, veterans, clinicians, and innovators to explore cutting-edge virtual, augmented, and mixed reality tools that could transform healthcare.

“Immersive technology isn't just about innovation; it’s about readiness,” said Alistair McLean, program manager for DHA’s Web and Mobile Technology Program Management Office. “Whether we’re helping providers strengthen how they deliver care or supporting a service member's recovery, so they return to full duty faster — today’s demonstrations show that these tools have direct implications for how DHA delivers on its core mission.”
