Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County A great place for people of all ages to come enjoy company, activities, lunch, and much more! The mission of the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County, Inc.

(SCCCC) is to provide the opportunity for any senior to utilize available services. All senior citizens of Clinton County may participate in the programs offered regardless of economic, social, or cultural status.
