⚠️ Reminder: Starting tonight at 6 p.m., we will be setting up a new traffic pattern on both directions of Route 1 (Post Road) at the Route 37 overpass in Warwick for ongoing bridge work.

⬆️ Motorists traveling north on Post Road under Route 37 will be shifted to the right.

⬇️ Southbound motorists will be shifted to the left and split around the existing bridge pier to allow continued construction of the new intersection.

This new traffic pattern should remain through the end of this summer. A temporary signal will be in place for the new intersection configuration while the second half of the bridge is demolished. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4valYCP

📸 Recently we reopened the Nonquit Pond Bridge in Tiverton to traffic, located between Main Road (Route 77) and Puncactest Neck Road.

We closed the bridge back in March for its replacement and we reopened it in time to minimize disruption to the local farming operation and to avoid interfering with traffic heading to nearby Fogland Beach.
