YOU'RE INVITED! We are excited to invite you to participate in Connected, Not Controlled (CNCC) Day! This community-wide event will focus on digital safety, technology-facilitated abuse awareness, and the growing role of AI and technology in advocacy work.

This full-day training and awareness event will bring together advocates, educators, counselors, law enforcement, and community partners to explore how technology can both support and endanger survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Sessions will include topics such as online safety, AI and advocacy, digital crimes, human trafficking and technology, online gaming safety for youth, and practical tools advocates can use to better support clients.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we need to talk about how su***de affects kids and teens. Su*cide is the second leading cause of death among people ages 10-24 years old. If you are having su*cidal thoughts, do not hesitate to get help. Call 988 to speak to the Su*cide and Crisis Lifeline. You are not alone. 💙

Jacky Rosen and Senator Catherine Cortez Masto at the Northern Nevada Legal Aid Voices for Justice Luncheon: A Brighter Tomorrow, and was honored as the NNLA Community Partner 2026.
