Come celebrate America's Birthday with us!

We will be having an Ice Cream Social on Friday, July 3rd from 2PM - 4PM. All ages are welcome! There will also be crafts set up for kids to do!

For those of you that were unable to attend our anniversary event, or did but didn't have a chance to watch our anniversary tribute video, we wanted to make sure that we shared it here. This video was created to not only examine the history of library services in Robinson, Illinois but also celebrate the relationship that has existed between the library and the citizens of Robinson and Crawford County for more than half a century. Following 70 years of service from February 1906 to May 1976 at the Robinson Carnegie Library on Main Street, the Robinson Township Library opened to the public in June 1976. After many years; a couple of name changes; different technological advances and the addition of three branch locations, the Robinson Public Library District is still here to serve our patrons in any way we can. Here’s to another 50 years of library service!

The Robinson Library will be hosting Movie Friday staring on Friday, July 3rd at 10 AM!

Bring your blankets and pillows to get cozy and enjoy a kid friendly movie! We will be giving out free popcorn to movie goers!

PARKING INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 6TH!!!

The Library's parking lot will be closed on Saturday, June 6th to vehicle traffic due to the large number anticipated event goers.

Offsite parking will be available at the city owned parking lot at the intersection of East Locust and Jefferson Streets (behind Los Jardines). There will also be parking available at Little Learners Childcare Center. There will also be limited parking along Jefferson Street (west side from Schuyler and both sides from Schuyler north).

WE WILL HAVE SHUTTLES AVAILABLE TO TRANSPORT YOU BACK AND FORTH FROM BOTH PARKING LOCATIONS!!!
