🚨Massage Establishment Registration is now Available!

We've implemented a new registration requirement for Massage Establishments, as mandated by the Utah Massage Therapy Practice Act (Utah Code 58-47b-301.1).

DOPL has allowed those in the massage industry a grace period to learn about and comply with the new laws and rules since this legislation took effect. However, strict enforcement of registration requirements will take place on September 1st.

All massage establishments must register with DOPL by then to continue operating legally.

🚨 SCAM ALERT TARGETING HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS 🚨

We have been made aware of impersonators posing as the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) who are currently deceiving healthcare professionals in Utah. They are using a caller ID that appears to be from DOPL and claiming that you have an open investigation in Texas.

Remember: DOPL will NEVER demand money or sensitive information over the phone to resolve an investigation, or threaten you with immediate arrest or license suspension.

IF you happen to provide personal information during an encounter like this, the Federal Trade Commission provides recovery steps at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
