🌟 Grow Your Career at ALA Primary! 🌟
At Advanced Learning Academy, we believe our Instructional Assistants are valued members of our team who make a lasting impact on our students every day.
As this post celebrates, several of our current teachers—and many others over the years—began their journey as substitutes or Instructional Assistants before becoming certified teachers. Their stories reflect our commitment to developing educators through meaningful experiences, mentorship, and opportunities that prepare them to make a lasting impact on students—both at ALA and wherever their careers take them.
ALA Primary is currently accepting applications for Instructional Assistants.
If you believe every child deserves an exceptional education that develops the whole child, and you want to be part of a collaborative team where you can learn, grow, and make a difference, we’d love to connect with you.

At Advanced Learning Academy, we believe in growing together—and that includes our amazing staff!
Some of our incredible educators started their journey right here at ALA as substitutes then became Instructional Assistants. Through dedication, passion, and a love for our school community, they took the leap into becoming teachers—and chose to stay home at ALA.
Seeing our Instructional Assistants step into teacher roles means our students keep learning from mentors who already know them, believe in them, and reflect our culture of collaboration and curiosity.
Please congratulate Mrs. Garcia, who will now be a special education teacher at Primary, Mrs. Molly, who will be the 5th grade math teacher, and Mr. H who will be the 4th grade math teacher.
Thank you to our Substitutes - turned Instructional Assistants-turned Teachers for your dedication to continuous learning and for showing our Gators what it truly means to grow where you're planted!
