Swan Lake Senior Center

Swan Lake Senior Center Providing Care-A-Van, Congregate and Home Delivered Meal services for the elders of our community. We are happy to help any way we can.

We provide Care-A-Van transportation to the elderly and disabled of our community, as well as lunch time meals for either at location Congregate or Home Delivery. If you are age 60 and up or disabled, contact us to sign up for our services.

Another week gone! I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

Just a reminder, the Senior Center will be closed Monday for Labor Day. Tuesday and Wednesday there will be no congregate meals due to our cook being away, but we will still be doing home delivered meals and transportation.

Here is next weeks menu, we look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday!

A few announcements for the upcoming week.

The Swan Lake Senior Center will be closed Monday, September 7th, for Labor Day. We will be open again Tuesday, September 8th.

Due to our cook being unavailable Tuesday and Wednesday, September 8th and 9th, the Senior Center will not be having congregate meals. We will still be providing home delivered meals to our homebound seniors and transportation services. Congregate will resume on Thursday, September 10th.

Unfortunately we are having to cancel Congregate tomorrow, July 30th. Our cook will be unavailable tomorrow so we will be unable to provide hot meals. For our HDM clients, you will still get a Shelf-stable meal tomorrow to cover lunch.

We will resume meals as normal Friday, July 31st.

Here is next weeks menu! Now for July 3rd the Senior Center will not be operating in observance of Independence Day. But doesn't mean it will keep us from providing good food to our Seniors on the other days.
