VOYCE fulfills its mission as an advocate and information source in the city of St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson as well as the following 16 northeast Missouri counties: Adair, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, Shelby and Warren.

Imagine having a concern about your care, feeling unheard, or not knowing where to turn. Now imagine having someone in your corner who will listen, help you understand your rights, and work alongside you to make things better.

That’s what long-term care ombudsmen do. They show up, listen without judgment, advocate for residents’ rights, and remind people living in long-term care that their voices matter.

At VOYCE, we’re proud to stand alongside the staff and volunteers who help ensure residents are heard, respected, and treated with dignity. Their work makes a difference in the everyday lives of the people they serve. 💙
