HB 2528 Implementation Update - The Kansas State Board of Nursing (KSBN) continues to make steady progress implementing the requirements of HB 2528. Applicants, employers, and educational institutions should be aware that applications requiring review or a decision by a KSBN Board member under Kansas statutes or regulations may experience slight delays during the transition to the newly appointed interim Board.
