We're excited to share that Casa de los Niños has been awarded a Mercy C.A.R.E.S. Community Reinvestment Grant to continue providing behavioral health services at the Tucson Welcome Center!

This generous funding allows our team to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, coping skills, and connections to ongoing behavioral health services for children entering foster care after experiencing trauma. We're grateful to Mercy Care for investing in the mental health and well-being of children and families in our community. Together, we're helping children feel safe, supported, and empowered to begin their healing journey.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, longtime supporter, and Foundation Board President, Dee-Dee Samet.

Dee-Dee was a remarkable advocate for Casa de los Niños and the children and families we serve. Her compassion, generosity, and unwavering belief in our mission touched countless lives. Through her leadership, kindness, and dedication, she helped create brighter futures for so many, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire us for years to come.

Today, we mourn the loss of an extraordinary woman while celebrating a life defined by service, love, and hope. We are deeply grateful for the time, wisdom, and heart Dee-Dee so generously shared with our Casa de los Niños family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Dee-Dee's family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. We hope they find comfort in the incredible impact she made and the many lives forever changed because of her.

Tiny Takes: A Visit from the Tooth Fairy! 🧚‍♀️✨

The Tooth Fairy stopped by the Kelly Early Education Center, and the kids had so much fun learning all about healthy smiles! 🪥🦷

Join us as our little learners share what they discovered about brushing their teeth, making healthy snack choices, and keeping their smiles bright and clean.

A huge shout-out to General Dentistry 4 Kids for visiting our classrooms and providing such a fun, interactive experience for the kids. They loved every minute of it!
