Morgan explains how participants choose classes based on their interests, develop practical skills, volunteer, work and build relationships throughout the community. She also shares how her experience in the Target–McDaniel Graduate Program began a career at Target Community that has now lasted 13 years.

Their conversation makes one thing clear: Inclusion is not a special activity created for adults with disabilities. It means having the same opportunities to learn, contribute and belong as everyone else.
