headspace Rockhampton and Roseberry Qld support the Pride Formal 2026: "Colours of Courage" - Celebrating Wear It Purple Day 2026.

This event provides a safe, inclusive, and affirmative space for LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 16–25) and their allies to dress up, celebrate, and reclaim a classic rite of passage.

Who: LGBTQIA+ youth & allies aged 16–25.

The Livingstone Youth Action Group (YAG) is all about giving young people the opportunity to lead, have their voices heard and take action in their community.

Our YAG members recently came together to share their ideas, discuss local issues and start planning this term’s youth-led initiative and we’re excited to say that things are now underway! 🎉

Last year, talented young performers from across Livingstone Shire stepped out of their comfort zones, shared their passions and created memories that will last a lifetime.

Whether your child loves to sing, dance, play an instrument, perform magic, act, tell jokes or has another unique talent, Livingstone's Got Talent – Talent Quest is their chance to shine in a fun, supportive environment.

🎤 Applications are now open for young people aged 5–19 who live in Livingstone Shire.

Our monthly Art in the Park session is always filled with creativity! 🌿🎨

It's wonderful to see the imagination and talent our young people bring each month. This photo is a small snapshot of the drawings, paintings, and clay creations made during the session.

Some artworks stay behind to inspire the next group, while others are proudly taken home. Every piece is unique, and we love providing a space where young people can create, connect, and express themselves.

Also a shout out to our talented art facilitators at Aphrodite Art School for sharing their skills, encouragement and enthusiasm. Your guidance helps make this such a welcoming and inspiring space for our young artists. 💚
