Learn how to make your home FireSmart and be better prepared for wildfire season.

Yellowhead County Fire Department, in partnership with Alberta Forestry & Parks and FireSmart Alberta, invites you to attend a series of Wildfire Preparedness Community Open Houses in 2026.

📍Evansburg Fire Station — February 17

📍Fulham Hall — February 19

📍Robb Hall — March 3

📍Overlander Lodge (East of Hinton) — March 5

🕓 Drop-in Style: Join us anytime between 4:00–7:00 PM

Everyone welcome — come learn, ask questions, and get FireSmart!

There will be draws for home sprinkler kits and portable fire pits!
And get details on purchasing a sprinkler kit for your home or property.
