Week 5 of our Pizza & Salad program had us trying something new. Our pizza had our tomato sauce topped with sautéd leeks, bacon, onions, and our first ever homemade ricotta cheese and mozza. It was paired with a Tabbouleh Salad featuring bulgar wheat, tomatoes, cucumbers along with fresh oregano, green onions, chives, mint and parsley with a lemon dressing.
