Grief can be difficult to navigate alone.

Join community members at the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre for a supportive group experience that explores grief and loss through trauma-informed and culturally-based approaches to healing.

🧡 Registration is required
🧡 Participants must attend at least four sessions to receive a certificate and attend graduation

📅 Mondays from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
