Last Friday we celebrated Golden Festival - Albert-Eden with chair taichi, coffee, treats and social bingo! Everyone had a wonderful time and we definitely had a blast. Thank you to the Albert-Eden Local Board for funding this special event, to Epsom Chinese Association for teaching chair taichi and Hola Café for providing the hot drinks. We look forward to celebrating International Day of the Older Persons again next year 🎉

Interested in Cantonese culture and language? Check out the monthly Cantonese practice group at the Ellen Melville Centre called Cantonese Meet and Talk, a social setting for people to be immersed and practice conversing in Cantonese. No booking required 😄

Botany Library: 10am-6pm

Flat Bush Library: 10am-5pm

Pātaka Kōrero Kaewa Mobile Library and Access Services will also be closed. Pre-booked venue hire spaces remain available, although staff will not be onsite.
