Concept idea for the exterior of the colonial house in Pipiriki
The garden has been transformed — native New Zealand flowers now bloom along both sides of the path leading to the porch. You’ll see pōhutukawa, mānuka, h**e, harakeke (flax), Chatham Island forget‑me‑nots, and toetoe, all arranged naturally among ferns and mulch. The colors — reds, whites, purples, and yellows — bring the house into harmony with its bush surroundings.

For the invalid votes, these are people who voted where I cannot locate them as a shareholder. I have contacted all these people by email or by phone. The emails were all sent on Tuesday 9th December 2025 and in my email, I asked if they could contact me by 5.00 pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025. Some did contact me and the shareholding was established. I now consider the remaining votes to be invalid.

Morning all this is in respect of those who asked about getting pheasant feathers and meat we have spoken to our hunter and he has said yes he can do that. Unfortunately I didn’t collect any names and addresses there was initially an ant in the second row on the left-hand side who asked can anybody remember who she was and contact details. Also this could apply to anybody else

To those of you were coming to the Pipiriki AGM on Saturday the sixth. If you have an apology for someone can you please send it into Robert Spicer ([email protected]) by Friday lunchtime. We will also have forms there.
We are considering if it’s a very hot day that we break for five minutes or so every hour to give people a time to stretch or grab a cup of coffee or tea. We will also have continuous bottled water and tea or coffee available all the time

I remember the first time I met Baldy. It was 2008 and Pipiriki was hosting the Waitangi tribunal. He came up to me to introduce himself and said hi I’m Baldy. I’m standing for election tomorrow at the AGM. I know I’m not gonna get on but I thought I’d just introduce myself well he got onto the board the next day and it’s been 17 fantastic years both as a board member and a friend and mentor. He will be sorely missed for all his good work and especially his infectious enthusiasm.
