All concerned offices and stakeholders are advised to hold all LTMS-related transactions until further notice. Please do not proceed with any transaction while the advisory is in effect.

The concerned technical team is currently investigating the issue and working to restore the system at the soonest possible time.

A follow-up advisory will be issued once the LTMS has been fully restored and transactions may resume.

Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na pansamantalang magiging offline ang system ng ahensya at maaaring magkaroon ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng pagproseso ng mga transaksyon ngayong araw, Setyembre 14, 2026, bilang bahagi ng isinasagawang transition mula sa Stradcom LTO-IT System patungo sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS).

Humihingi ang LTO ng pang-unawa ng publiko sa anumang abalang maaaring idulot ng pansamantalang pagkaantala. Magbibigay ang ahensya ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling maging maayos na ang sistema at maaari nang ipagpatuloy ang mga transaksyon.

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) – Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) continues the distribution of the Fuel Subsidy Program for qualified Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) operators and drivers.

If your name appears on the list, please visit the LTFRB-CAR Office, Pacdal, Baguio City, and claim your fuel subsidy check as soon as possible.

Requirements for Claiming
For Individual Beneficiaries:

✔ Duly accomplished Deed of Undertaking Form to be signed by the claimant (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ One (1) valid government-issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures

For Cooperatives/Corporations:
✔ Duly accomplished Undertaking Form signed by the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ Board Resolution authorizing the designated representative to claim the fuel subsidy check on behalf of the cooperative or corporation.

✔ Valid government-issued IDs of the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer, each bearing three (3) specimen signatures.

✔ One (1) originally signed Acknowledgement Form, signed by all beneficiaries of the TSE. You may download or access the form through the following link:

Important Reminder
