LTFRB CORDILLERA FUEL SUBSIDY UPDATE
As of July 29, 2026

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) – Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) continues the distribution of the Fuel Subsidy Program for qualified Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) operators and drivers.

• 1,899 beneficiaries (967 Drivers and 932 Operators)
• ₱7,933,000.00 claimed (Batch 1 ₱ 2,944,000.00 & Batch 2 ₱ 4,989,000.00)

• 572 beneficiaries (310 Drivers and 262 Operators)
• Total released: ₱7,692,500.00

• Total released: ₱4,989,000.00

If your name appears on the list, please visit the LTFRB-CAR Office, Pacdal, Baguio City, and claim your fuel subsidy check as soon as possible.

Requirements for Claiming
For Individual Beneficiaries:

✔ Duly accomplished Deed of Undertaking Form to be signed by the claimant (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ One (1) valid government-issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures

For Cooperatives/Corporations:
✔ Duly accomplished Undertaking Form signed by the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer (The form is available free of charge at the LTFRB-CAR Office.)

✔ Board Resolution authorizing the designated representative to claim the fuel subsidy check on behalf of the cooperative or corporation.

✔ Valid government-issued IDs of the Chairman, Manager, and Treasurer, each bearing three (3) specimen signatures.

✔ One (1) originally signed Acknowledgement Form, signed by all beneficiaries of the TSE. You may download or access the form through the following link:

Important Reminder

Qualified operators and drivers are encouraged to verify their status and claim their fuel subsidy at the soonest possible time to avoid delays and ensure that the assistance reaches its intended beneficiaries.
