Mas epektibong serbisyo at mas maraming oportunidad para sa mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) ang sentro ng talakayan sa DAR National CY 2026 1st Semester Formative Performance Assessment and CY 2026 2nd Semester Catch-Up Planning Conference, na nilalahukan ng mga opisyal at kawani ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) mula sa Central Office, Regional Offices, at Provincial Offices, na kasalukuyang ginaganap sa Parañaque City.

Sa pagpasok ng ikalawang semestre, kasunod ng mga direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa kanyang State of the Nation Address (SONA), pagtutuunan ng DAR ang pagpapalakas ng koordinasyon, pagtugon sa mga hamon sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa, at pagpapahusay ng paghahatid ng mga serbisyong direktang makatutulong sa mga ARBs at kanilang mga komunidad.
