The opening ceremony of Cobra Gold 2025 took place on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, at 09:20 AM. General Songwit Nunphakdee, the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Armed Forces, U.S. Ambassador Robert F. Godec, and General Ronald Clark, Commander of U.S. Army Pacific Forces, co-chaired the event at the multipurpose area of the Rairingchai Club, 2nd Army Headquarters, Suranaree Camp, Nakhon Ratchasima. The ceremony was also attended by the Ambassadors of Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Chargé d' Affaires ad interim of Malaysia Embassy and Deputy Ambassador of South Korea to Thailand.

On 13 February 2025, CDA a.i. Mr. B**g Yik Jui attended the Opening Ceremony of FTI EXPO 2025, themed 'Empowering Thai Industry, Elevating Thailand’s Future.' The event was officiated by H.E. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, who also delivered the keynote address. During her speech, the Prime Minister announced that the government is drafting Thailand's first law on artificial intelligence, aiming to adopt and regulate AI technology to strengthen businesses and the economy.

Also in attendance were Deputy Prime Minister Phumtham, Industry Minister Akanat, Foreign Minister Maris, Commerce Minister Pichai, Deputy Finance Minister Paopoom, members of the diplomatic corps, and key stakeholders.

เมื่อวันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นายบอง ยิก จุย อุปทูตรักษาการแทนชั่วคราว สถานทูตมาเลเซีย ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน FTI EXPO 2025 ภายใต้แนวคิด "เสริมพลังอุตสาหกรรมไทย ยกระดับอนาคตประเทศไทย" ซึ่งมี นางสาวแพทองธาร ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธีและกล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ ในระหว่างการกล่าวเปิดงาน นายกรัฐมนตรีได้ประกาศว่ารัฐบาลกำลังร่างกฎหมายว่าด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ฉบับแรกของประเทศไทย เพื่อใช้และควบคุมเทคโนโลยี AI ในการเสริมสร้างธุรกิจและเศรษฐกิจ

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ได้แก่ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีนายภูมิธรรม รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมนายเอกนัฏ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศนายมาริษ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์นายพิชัย รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการคลังนายเผ่าภูมิ และสมาชิกจากคณะทูตานุทูตและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสำคัญเข้าร่วมด้วย

Happy Thaipusam from the Embassyif Malaysia, Bangkok.

Thaipusam is a significant Hindu festival, particularly for around 6.3% of the population, or roughly 2 million Tamil people in Malaysia. The largest celebration takes place at the Batu Caves in Selangor, near Kuala Lumpur, where thousands of devotees gather to perform rituals, including carrying the kavadi (a ceremonial burden) and piercing their bodies as acts of devotion and penance. The lively procession is filled with music, dancing, and chanting, drawing large crowds. The festival and the community’s presence are key to Malaysia’s rich cultural and religious diversity, truly putting the country’s cultural tapestry on full display.

สุขสันต์เทศกาลไทปูซัม, สถานทูตมาเลเซีย กรุงเทพ

Minister Counsellor, Ms. Jayagowri Pindaya attended the Bangkok International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx) 2025, held in conjunction with Thailand Inventors’ Day 2025 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).

Ms. Jayagowri had the privilege of visiting the Malaysian booths, which showcased groundbreaking innovations and technological advancements by nearly 300 Malaysian delegates. Malaysia is immensely proud of the dedication, ingenuity, and creativity demonstrated by all participants in this prestigious event. Their innovative ideas and projects reflect the country’s strong commitment to research, development, and innovation on the global stage.
