Good evening, Johns Families!
Thank you so much for your support and efforts toward our arrival and dismissal process! As we have new families joining us, we want to send a few reminders.
Arrival:
As you arrive in the morning, you can be in either lane of the front driveway. If you have small children and they need help getting out of your car, please be in the lane furthest from the sidewalk. Teachers are there to assist you and your students as they get out. If you are in the lane closest to the sidewalk, it is expected that your students can get out of the car on their own and on the sidewalk to get inside the building.
Dismissal:
You can be in either lane of the front drive and your student will be brought to you before 3:50pm with your pick up tag. If you arrive after 3:50pm we will let you know if you need to walk to the door or if we will get your students. In some cases of foul weather or a car issue, we will remain outside to assist you after 3:50pm. But always have your car tags and photo ID to assist us in verifying your children. Your dismissal tags are only valid from 3:35 to 4:00PM. After 4:00PM you must have a photo ID.
If your child is dismissed on the south side of the building (Craig Hanking M-Z students), please do not pause or park in front of the cones. The cones are for daycare and bus parking only. If you think you will block the cones, please wait on Sherry St. until the area is clear for you to proceed past the cones. We will move the cones to the curb once the daycare and busses are done.
Thank you all for being courteous to one another and not cut in any of the car lines.
Please be sure that anytime you are on campus, you carry a photo ID.

¡Muchas gracias por su apoyo y esfuerzo en nuestro proceso de llegada y salida! Dado que se han unido nuevas familias a nuestra comunidad, queremos compartir algunos recordatorios.
Llegada:
Al llegar por la mañana, pueden utilizar cualquiera de los dos carriles de la entrada principal. Si tienen niños pequeños que necesitan ayuda para bajar del vehÃculo, por favor utilicen el carril más alejado de la acera. Los maestros estarán allà para ayudarles a usted y a sus hijos al bajar. Si utilizan el carril más cercano a la acera, se espera que los estudiantes puedan bajar del vehÃculo por sà mismos y dirigirse a la acera para entrar al edificio.
Salida:
Pueden utilizar cualquiera de los dos carriles de la entrada principal; llevaremos a su hijo hacia usted antes de las 3:50 p. m. si presenta su tarjeta de identificación de recogida. Si llegan después de las 3:50 p. m., les indicaremos si deben caminar hasta la puerta o si nosotros llevaremos a los estudiantes hacia ustedes. En casos de mal tiempo o problemas con el vehÃculo, permaneceremos afuera para ayudarles después de las 3:50 p. m. Sin embargo, tengan siempre a mano sus tarjetas de identificación del vehÃculo y una identificación con foto para ayudarnos a verificar la identidad de sus hijos. Las tarjetas de salida solo son válidas de 3:35 p. m. a 4:00 p. m. Después de las 4:00 p. m., es obligatorio presentar una identificación con foto.
Si su hijo sale por el lado sur del edificio (estudiantes de Craig Hanking con apellidos de la M a la Z), por favor no se detengan ni se estacionen frente a los conos. Los conos son exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de autobuses y vehÃculos de guarderÃas. Si creen que van a obstruir el área de los conos, por favor esperen en Sherry St. hasta que el camino esté despejado para avanzar. Retiraremos los conos hacia la acera una vez que los autobuses y vehÃculos de guarderÃas hayan terminado de salir.

Por favor, asegúrense de llevar una identificación con foto siempre que estén en las instalaciones de la escuela.
