What a great morning in The County!

We were delighted to bring the Maine State Chamber to the region this morning for the Central Aroostook Regional Business Breakfast. Thank you to Executive Director, LaNiece Sirois, and the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce for the warm welcome and for gathering so many local business voices in one room.

Our President and CEO, Patrick Woodcock, and VP of Advocacy, Linda Caprara, shared the latest public policy updates that matter most to Maine employers β€” and just as importantly, we got to listen. Hearing directly from regional businesses about what's on their minds is exactly why we do these breakfasts.

Grateful for the partnership and the conversations. More regional events to come!

Day two of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce D.C. Fly-In continued with important conversations between Maine business leaders and our congressional delegation on the issues impacting Maine’s economy, workforce, and competitiveness.

Today, members had the opportunity to meet with Senator Collins, Congressman Golden, and Congresswoman Pingree to discuss federal priorities and the challenges and opportunities facing Maine employers.

The Maine State Chamber greatly values these opportunities for direct dialogue and appreciates the time and engagement of Maine’s delegation throughout this year’s Fly-In.

Now, our group is off to afternoon adventures that include networking, scooters, and baseball!
