The U.S. Air Force has released the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed expansion and modification of the Powder River Training Complex (PRTC) airspace.

Public comments are due September 8, 2026.

The airports in Mandan, Parshall, International Peace Gardens, Wahpeton, Watford City, and Westhope have recently joined the growing network of FAA Weather Camera sites across our state.

With these new additions, 23 airport weather camera systems are now operational in North Dakota—providing real-time visual weather information to help pilots make safer and more informed flight decisions.
