🚒 Training Day! 🚒

Volunteer firefighters from Larimore, Niagara, and Emerado are spending today learning and refreshing their auto extrication skills. Community members may notice increased emergency vehicle activity near City Hall throughout the day.

Please do not be alarmed. We ask that everyone use caution in the area and help provide a safe environment for our crews to train, learn, and practice without distractions.

A special thank you to the North Dakota Firefighter's Association for providing instruction for this training opportunity. We would also like to thank Larimore Ambulance and Rescue Service for providing the meal, and Larimore Mayor Elfman and the City of Larimore for the use of their property.

Training like this helps ensure our firefighters are prepared when real emergencies occur. Thank you for your support!

'Noel Walter on this end. Retired Fargo Firefighter, past member of North Dakota Firefighter's Association and retired sales Representative from the former Forstner Fire Apparatus. I followed in my late father's footsteps. Hartley Walter was a Fargo Firefighter also and sold Forstner Fire Apparatus from 1950's till the 1990's. I wondering it there are any fire departments or NDFA members that may have knowledge of/or knowledge of any old Forstner Fire Apparatus out there that my father may have sold during the years listed 1950 - 1990. please contact me here on Facebook or [email protected] or 218-849-7913.
