An important update from Natrona County Prevention Coalition

08/25/2026

As a reminder, YEC will be held at Mercer Family Resource Center until further notice. Weโ€™ve been meeting at a few different locations while construction on our Third Space is being completed. Going forward, we will meet in Mercerโ€™s backyard until construction is finished.

Thank you for being flexible with us as we wrap up construction!

I also wanted to use this update as an opportunity to share a little more about YEC for those who may not be familiar with us.

The Youth Empowerment Council (YEC) is a youth-led group focused on giving young people in the Casper community a voice, opportunities to get involved, and a space to connect with one another. YEC is led by youth, for youth, with members helping shape the activities, projects, and conversations that matter to them.

YEC meets every Thursday from 6:00โ€“7:00 p.m. at Mercer Family Resource Center.
