WEDA is excited to present this year’s Innovation Award to Cheyenne LEADS for its work with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy. This project is a planned 415-acre mixed-use business and tourism destination in Cheyenne. The vision for the district is rooted in celebrating Wyoming’s western heritage and rodeo culture while creating a dynamic destination for both residents and visitors. We can’t wait to see how The Hitching Post District turns out!
