Ascarate Park is the largest public-use recreational park in El Paso County and is dedicated to sports, picnicking, fishing and other recreational activities.

Don't stress about finding that perfect spot for Easter Sunday at Ascarate Park. You can reserve a picnic shelter for Easter Weekend starting at $50/day. Shelters that are not already reserved are free on a first come, first serve basis.
For more information call 915.771.2380 to book your appointment. Last day to reserve is Thursday, April 14th.

Fish Drop at Ascarate Park today! There will be No Fishing until Saturday, March 5th at 6am.

We will be having a Trout Fish Drop today, March 2nd in the big lake Ascarate Park!
After 3pm today there will be NO FISHING March2-4! Fishing will RESUME on Saturday, March 5th at 6am.
We will be having a Kid Fish Derby this Saturday as part of our Barks, Books, and Bait event. Kids ages 3-16 can participate
