Nearly four years ago, POLITICO profiled me and HD 135 as part of the “next great migration,” Black families reshaping America’s suburbs.

I’m a son of this district. In 2018, I helped flip this seat blue. Now I’m running for the very seat that raised me, and it means something to see constituents recognize themselves in who serves them.

Representation matters. And so does representing everyone.

No matter what you look like, where you come from, who you love, how you worship, or what you make, I’m committed to serving all of HD 135.

July was golden.

Praying for the two people critically injured in today's shooting at the Cypress Kroger.

Grateful for the Precinct 4 deputies and first responders who arrived within minutes.

No one should have to fear for their safety while buying groceries in our community.

Investigating his death is not enough. Investigate the strategy that killed him.
