“League City has so much to offer, and this designation gives us another chance to shine,” said Representative Greg Bonnen. “From our authentic Texas character to our scenic views and vibrant energy, we have the unique charm to bring any production to life. I am proud of our local leaders and tourism partners for opening doors for our residents and businesses in the film industry. It is my honor to represent a community that always finds new ways to share why League City is such a great place to call home.”

Gov. Abbott announced Rep. Greg Bonnen will lead a team securing Texas as the permanent home of the U.S. Space Academy.

No state matches what Texas offers: NASA's Johnson Space Center, top universities, a leading commercial space industry, military installations, and an unmatched aerospace workforce.

I am deeply honored to be appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to lead our state’s effort to secure Texas as the permanent home of the United States Space Academy.

With NASA’s Johnson Space Center, an exceptional aerospace workforce, leading research universities, military installations, and a growing commercial space industry, Texas is uniquely prepared to train the next generation of American space leaders.

I look forward to working with the Texas Space Commission and this outstanding team to make the strongest possible case for the Lone Star State.

Kim and I were honored to attend the annual Kidz Harbor Thorns to Roses Gala.

I was grateful for the opportunity to lead the pledges and offer remarks recognizing the remarkable work of this organization. Kidz Harbor provides far more than a safe, clean, and welcoming home for children in crisis—it provides stability, care, and hope when they need it most.

Thank you to everyone who makes this life-changing mission possible.

On Wednesday, I was honored to join the Santa Fe Public Servant First Responders Luncheon and recognize the men and women who serve and protect the citizens of Santa Fe and Galveston County every day.

Congratulations to each of this year’s First Responder of the Year recipients. Your courage, professionalism and willingness to answer the call — often on someone’s worst day — make our communities stronger and safer.

Thank you to all of our law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and public servants for the sacrifices you and your families make on behalf of others.

25 years later, Texas still remembers September 11, 2001. We honor the fallen, the first responders, and the families forever changed by that day. Their courage defines us as a nation. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Charlie Kirk reminded young people that faith, family, personal responsibility and freedom are not relics of the past—they are the foundation of a meaningful life and a strong country.

His willingness to engage, listen and debate with conviction made an impact that will endure far beyond his years.

Kim and I are praying for Charlie’s family, friends and the countless Americans whose lives he touched.

This Labor Day, we salute the hardworking Texans who keep our state moving — from our ports and refineries to our office towers, small businesses, hospitals, classrooms and farms.

Thank you for your dedication and the work you do every day to keep Texas strong.

I was honored to offer remarks and help cut the ribbon at the Shell Bottom Boat Ramp Grand Opening in Clear Lake Shores.

After Hurricane Harvey destroyed the previous ramp, this much-needed project is finally restoring convenient water access for local families, anglers and boaters. Thank you to Texas Parks & Wildlife and everyone who helped make this investment possible for our community.

What an incredible Saturday in League City!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for BBQ, fellowship, and a great conversation about the conservative leadership Texas must protect in November. I was honored to welcome Governor Greg Abbott and grateful for his endorsement as we keep the momentum strong for my reelection as your State Representative for House District 24.

The energy was outstanding — let’s keep it going!
