A smile. A helping hand. A commitment to serve.

Meet Officer Michael Hupp, CIPF’s September Officer of the Month!

In partnership with Lucas Oil, we’re proud to recognize Officer Hupp for the impact he makes both on and off the job.

Since joining IMPD News in 2018, he has served on the IMPD Southeast District Late Shift, become a Field Training Officer and PIT-certified officer, and joined IMPD’s Event Response Group.

But his greatest impact may be the people he helps along the way.

He mentors new officers. Supports his teammates. Knows community members by name. Treats victims with compassion. And brings a positive attitude to every shift.

Congratulations, Officer Hupp!
