Get ready to cheer, learn, and show your Bearcat spirit! We are so excited to welcome our future Little Bearcats to the Little Bearcat Cheer Clinic!

Thursday, September 24th
⏰ 8:00–11:30 AM
📍 Kearney High School
Registration begins at 7:45 AM outside the Activity Doors.

📣 What Will We Do?
During the clinic, Little Bearcats will have the opportunity to:
• Learn fun cheers and motions
• Learn a short cheer routine
• Practice teamwork and performance skills
• Learn how to show school spirit
• Learn specific Cheerleading jumps they can perform
• Spend the morning learning from the Kearney High Cheerleaders!

🏈 Game Day Experience!
The fun doesn't stop after the clinic!
Clinic participants will have the exciting opportunity to cheer alongside the Kearney High Cheerleaders during one quarter of a football game!
Then, on Friday, October 2nd, our Little Bearcats will take the field and perform their routine during halftime at the Kearney High vs. Bennington football game!

It’s that time of year! KHS and KCHS students are teaming up with CHI Good Samaritan Cancer Center to sell Kearney Tackles Cancer tshirts to raise funds to help patients going through treatment and raise awareness.

Since its inception in 2009, students have helped hundreds of patients and raised over $750,000.

Below is a QR code and a link to the online store. Order forms will be distributed and available at schools in the front offices if you prefer to fill out a physical order form and can be turned into the school offices for pick up.

T-shirts will be distributed to schools or available for a pick up at a designated location after the clothes of the online store. Shirts will also be available for Cash and Carrie at Kearney High and Kearney Catholic. Watch for dates, times and location.

Students will also begin selling raffle tickets for awesome prizes in the next couple weeks.

Bearcat Boys Run Club Canceled Today (Sept. 2)

Due to excessive heat—with temperatures forecasted in the mid to high 90s and a feels-like temperature near 100°F—Bearcat Boys Run Club is canceled today, Wednesday, September 2.

We look forward to seeing everyone next week for the City Championships Wednesday, September 9!
