It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together students who share a passion for improving the health and well-being of our communities while exploring opportunities in Public Health.

Loneliness isn't always visible. Sometimes, even when we're surrounded by family, friends, or coworkers, we may still feel disconnected.

Social connection plays an important role in our mental health and overall quality of life. Feeling heard, supported, and valued can make a meaningful difference in someone's life. 💜

You don’t have to hold off on voting!

Texas law protects the ability of a child under 18 years of age to accompany their parent to a polling station (Texas Election Code). That means you don’t have to skip voting because you have a child or cannot find childcare.

Texas law also protects breastfeeding! A mother can breastfeed and express (including pump) at any location that your presence is otherwise authorized, including the polling station (Texas Health and Safety Code).
