Here's your look at the coming week, and also: Happy Father's Day to all our community dads and father figures!

What's your favorite book about dads or that reminds you of your dad? Public Services Librarian Carrie notes that her childhood favorite, Hop On Pop by Dr. Seuss, was also her dad's LEAST favorite because she would hop on him until he read it to her.

Next Friday, June 26th at 6:00 pm, we'll be getting high class and transforming the library annex into a sophisticated art gallery...featuring YOUR amazing artworks!

Oh, and there's a catch. Your canvases will be 3 x 3 inches.

Drop off your masterwork at the library by Thursday, June 25th and then join us the next day for an elegant evening of fine art (formal attire encouraged!)

We still have canvases remaining so come on by to pick yours up. Ages 11 to 99 (if you just turned 100 it's okay, too).

Join us for Dungeons & Dragons at the Leander Public Library tomorrow, Saturday, June 13 from 2-5 pm.

Whether you're a seasoned player or brand new to the game, this drop-in program is a great way to explore new worlds, fight monsters, and make memories with fellow teens.

Did you know that your library doesn't just have a stunning collection of books? We ALSO have a stunning collection of all the water bottles sadly abandoned here.

Do you recognize your water bottle from this police lineup? Because it's here, waiting for you, missing you so very much. It's worried that you're not hydrating without it there!

Please come by the front desk any time to inquire about one of these missing persons. We just want them to find their homes.
