We're starting off with a bang tomorrow with our AI Basics and Job Search workshop and closing it out on Saturday with the inaugural meeting of our Teen Advisory Group. Program alert! This coming Monday, August 17th our friends at Goodwill Industries will be stopping by for a workshop covering the basics of AI and job searching.

Job searching is already hard without the addition of rapidly-changing AI tools to the mix. Come on by at 2:00 pm and we'll walk you through the basics and help set you up for job-hunting success.

Here are the library we're feeling pretty done with 100 degree temperatures--it's too oppressively hot out for us to even visit the duck pond for a few minutes! It's weather for sitting inside and reading.

If you're a board game fan who's never come to our Tuesday Gaming For Grown-Ups nights, this is your sign to give it a shot! We just got a slew of fun new games just waiting to start friendly arguments to last a lifetime!

Gryffindors and Ravenclaws were well-represented in the Leander community--anybody at the library can already tell you we knew you were all smart cookies, but who knew we were such a courageous community as well!

We're slowing it down now that we're into August, letting everybody readjust to their school schedules but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty to see at the library--including the magnificent Tío Tóto with an interactive singalong on Friday!

PLEASE NOTE: the library will be opening at 12:00 pm on Monday to allow for staff development. We appreciate your patience!
