Visiting the zoo provides a structured, low-pressure, and highly sensory environment that fosters social comfort, reduces anxiety, and encourages engagement.

Anna Lisa, Beverly, and Michel enjoyed their trip to the zoo where they explored exhibits, shared lots of smiles and created lasting memories.

Mike and Tony enjoy their membership at the Senior Activity Center of Smyrna, especially winning at bingo! Taking part in the activities offered allow them to foster independence, build friendships, and enhance their overall well-being.

Tennessee weather can change quickly from hot to cool, but everyone was prepared for a great hike along the Wilderness Station trail at Barfield Crescent Park in Murfreesboro. What a fun way to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors!
