Celebrate recovery month with us!

September is Recovery Month and The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is hosting 3 Recovery Month Events, 1 in each Delaware county!

Join us as we come together to honor the power of recover and community.

We especially welcome DSAMH staff, community providers, individuals in recovery or seeking recovery, loved ones, and anyone who wants to celebrate recovery.

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for a fun-filled afternoon of connection, hope, and celebration.

Together, we’ll support recovery, end stigma, and build a strong healthier community.

We can’t wait to see you there!

These monthly Virtual Community Access Trainings are held to train and educate the public on the use of Naloxone, a medication for effectively reversing the effects of an opioid overdose in an individual.

The DHSS Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) invites all community partners, treatment providers, advocates, and local leaders to join us for the Summit for Engaging Community Partners.

📍 Where: Clayton Hall Conference Center (University of Delaware Newark Campus)
📅 When: September 9–10, 2026
⏰ Time: Breakfast/Check-in: 8:00 AM–9:00 AM | Programming: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
