As students return to campus, families are reminded that cellphones and other personal communication devices must be turned off and stored out of sight for the entire school day in accordance with NEISD policy.

We know this may be an adjustment for some students, and we appreciate our families working with us to start the year off strong and help students stay focused on learning!

Dear Harmony Hills Families,

Welcome to the new school year! We are so excited to welcome your children back to the classroom! To celebrate our first week together and build school community, we are hosting a fun, 100% free Dress-Up Week from August 17th to August 21st.

Every theme this week uses everyday items your child already owns. There is absolutely no need to buy anything new. Participation is completely optional, and regular school clothes are always perfect!

Here is our schedule for the week:

• Monday: "Friendship Day" (Dress to See Friends Old and New) – Wear your favorite everyday outfit that makes you feel happy and ready to see classmates.
• Tuesday: Inside Out – Wear a shirt inside out .
• Wednesday: Sunglasses Day – Wear a pair of your favorite sunglasses.
• Thursday: Hat Day– Wear your favorite baseball cap, hat or beanie (school appropriate).
• Friday: School Spirit Day – Wear our school colors (Blue and Yellow) to show our school pride.

Our main goal this week is to have fun and make every student feel included. Thank you for your partnership and support in making this a wonderful first week of school!
