The staff at Longfellow Elementary are rocking their wildest hair and most colorful wigs for Wig Out Wednesday! We are proud to come together this October to raise funds, show solidarity, and bring a little extra joy to school in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thank you to our amazing school community for wigging out for such an important cause!

Today staff participated in Socktober and what fun it was wearing socks and sandals for a good cause. Socktober is an annual, month-long community giving campaign held every October to collect new socks—one of the most needed yet least-donated items for people experiencing homelessness and individuals in need. The new socks we collected will be donated to local shelters.
