Join us on Tuesday, October 20 at 12:00 PM as we celebrate the Goshen County Library being named Library Journal’s 2026 Best Small Library in America!
We’ll gather for a short award ceremony, a community toast with sparkling c***r, and the unveiling of a special display honoring the people who make our library extraordinary.
This award belongs to our whole community — our patrons, volunteers, donors, and supporters who help the library shine every day. Come celebrate with us and kick off a week (T-F) full of fun activities throughout the library!

One of our donations included a great selection of books featuring the Beatles (with an emphasis on Paul McCartney). These will be featured on top of the Music shelves.

Bid Books are always a favorite as we never know what surprises will arrive! This sale’s choices range from special Vintage to Western History. Come check them out before they close on October 19.

Wow! This is a collection to see! Many, many books about every aspect of trains. If you're a fan (or know one), this is for you! These will be located on 2 tables in the paperback area.

BOOK SALE NEWS! The October Book Sale begins this Saturday, October 10!! Check the window for dates and times. This is our biggest sale and the shelves are full. We can’t wait to see you!

We have two wonderful displays up around the library this month! Check out the Natural Archive poster exhibit from UW’s natural history collections, and don’t miss Jerry Ershabek’s fantastic cabinet of dinosaur figurines. Swing by and explore something new!
