Friday nights are for the grown-ups! Enjoy the pool in an adults-only setting this April and May. Swim, move, and enjoy some time in the water in a relaxed evening atmosphere.

Spend your summer evenings enjoying local shopping, delicious food trucks, free family activities, live entertainment, and outdoor movies under the stars — all with FREE admission!

🛠️ Maintenance Monday — Special Holiday Week Tuesday Edition

Last week, our crew was busy replenishing engineered wood fiber playground surfacing at Miller, Busse, Butcher, and Rinke Parks to help keep our playgrounds safe and ready for summer fun. 🌳🛝

In addition, repairs to the play structure at Miller Park have been completed. Thank you to the public for your patience during the repair process!

Meanwhile, exciting progress continues at the new pickleball courts at Veterans Park. The courts have officially received their first color coating, with permanent lines and nets still to come. 🏓

🪏Maintenance Monday

A big thank you to the volunteers from Paradox Church who took time out of their weekend to help refill the playground surfacing at Austin-Dannis Park. Their hard work and dedication help keep our parks safe, clean, and enjoyable for the community. 🌳👏

It was a busy weekend for our Parks & Recreation team as well, with the Grand Opening of Eckstein Skate Park on Friday and our first-ever 5K Color Run on Saturday! Thank you to everyone who helped make it a success.

It's time to splash & have fun in the fountain at Warren City Square! 💦 The fountain officially opens for the season this Friday, May 22nd! 😎

Hours:

Warren City Square is located in front of Warren City Hall at 1 City Square, Warren, MI 48093, just north of 12 Mile and east of Van D**e.

This past Saturday, Warren Parks & Recreation proudly hosted our very first Color Run & 5K at the Warren Community Center, and the energy, smiles, and community spirit on display were truly unforgettable. Over 200 participants from families and friends running side-by-side to crossing the finish line covered in color and laughter, this event showcased exactly what makes our community so special.

We were also honored to have our own Warren Mayor Lori Stone & Councilman Henry Newnan join in the fun and support this exciting new tradition.

Thank you to everyone who came out, participated, volunteered, and helped make this event such a tremendous success. Warren Parks & Recreation is committed to creating experiences that bring people together, promote healthy living, and build lasting memories for our residents.

This was more than just a race — it was a celebration of community, connection, and the vibrant spirit of Warren. We cannot wait to do it again!!
