Warren Parks and Recreation We're creating a family community with people, parks and programs.

🌳 Help Warren grow greener! 🌱

Volunteers are needed for a community tree-planting event on Saturday, October 24! ReLeaf Michigan is partnering with the City of Warren and the Consumers Energy Foundation to plant 40 trees at Miller Park and Underwood Park, adding shade to walking areas and benches while growing the parks’ tree canopy.

No planting experience is necessary, and families are welcome! Tree experts from ReLeaf Michigan will be on hand to show volunteers how to plant. 💚

📅 Saturday, October 24
⏰ 8:45 AM – 12 PM
📍 Meet at Miller Park, 14500 Masonic
🧤 Bring a shovel, hard rake, and gloves if you have them. Closed-toe shoes are required.

The Steam Room at the Warren Community Center will be closed on Thursday, October 8, 2026, for the installation of a new water softener. This improvement will help extend the life of the steam room equipment.

We had hoped to complete the installation during the previous shutdown period; however, the necessary parts were not available at that time.

We appreciate your understanding as we complete this work to help maintain and improve the facility.

📍 Warren Community Center Football Stadium
(Rain location will be indoors at the Community Center)

Free activities include:

🎨 Face Painting
📸 Festive Selfie Stations & much more!

This event is open to Warren residents ONLY.
(IDs will be checked at the entrance for Warren residency.)

Warren Parks & Recreation is inviting Warren residents age 50+ to an evening filled with live entertainment from Donny Rod, Michigan’s premier Rod Stewart tribute artist, along with dancing, light refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to catch up with friends and make new ones. 🍁
