Y nuestro equipo de DC Scores está en el Campeonato de Fútbol de la Ciudad en Raymond a las 5:00. Tomorrow is a big day for Tubman! We have our Multicultural Potluck at 4:30 in the cafeteria. Come out and share food with our community-bring a dish to share if you can but come no matter what and enjoy! Leaping into Kindergarten will be in the Learning Lab at 3:30 for all of our Pre K Families getting ready to LEAP into Kinder next year which will lead right into the Potluck. And our DC Scores Team is in the City Soccer Championship at Raymond at 5:00. The morning is eventful as well-we have a PNC Workshop for families at 8:45 in the library about financial planning. We hope to see you tomorrow!

It is portfolio week at Tubman! And today the first graders were each recognized for their special contributions at a terrific assembly.

Some details for this week — tonight is the PTO meeting, where you can learn more about all of this!

Tomorrow 8am-9:15am+, come get vaccinated against COVID! Free bagels + coffee, raffle for $50 gift card. Get your Pfizer shot or bring a friend. No appointment necessary. All are welcome.

¡Desayunar! ¡Vacúnate! Este viernes 1 de octubre, el PTO de Tubman ofrecerá un desayuno gratuito y una clínica gratuita de VACUNA COVID-19 en el asfalto detrás de la escuela. 8am-9:15 am. Howard University Hospital ofrecerá la vacuna Pfizer a cualquier persona elegible (cualquier persona de 12 años o más que no haya sido vacunada, o cualquier persona elegible para un refuerzo, bajo la guía de los CDC) dentro de una carpa en el asfalto. ¡No se requiere cita para la vacunación! Pero las confirmaciones de asistencia serán muy apreciadas, para que podamos tener suficientes suministros.
