Proud to have my Saving Today’s Acute-Care Resources (STAR) Act pass out of the Ways & Means Committee.

The STAR Act is commonsense legislation that allows providers to identify when patients need long-term acute care and ensures rural patients are not subject to unnecessary hospital transfers and further delays.
