Families visiting the Community Health Centre are invited to pop into the dental waiting room to:
🦷 Collect a free goody bag
🦷 Pick up helpful oral health information
🦷 Chat with our friendly dental assistant team about caring for your smile

The Public Dental service is available for eligible patients, including:
🦷 Children and young people up to 18 years of age who have a Medicare card are eligible for the service.
🦷 Adults aged 18 years and over require both a Medicare card and a current concession card to access the service.

Looking after your teeth today can help protect your smile for years to come.

😴Is your child's sleep keeping you up at night?

Having a consistent night time routine for your child helps them regulate their sleep. This includes:
🕘 Going to bed at the same time every night
📵 Limiting screen time before bed
🍫 Not consuming caffeine before bed (soft drinks, chocolate)
🛀 Making time to wind down eg having a bath or reading

If you are concerned that your child is not getting the sleep they need, there could be other issues like excessive worrying. Talking to us at the Community Health Centre, or your GP, can help find ways to resolve these issues.
