And the travel baton is being passed!

Thank you so very much to Carla for all the organising she has done over years to get students and staff to Wongutha and home again!! We will miss you! And, wish you all the best for your next chapter!

And a very warm welcome to Shelley! Shelley is learning this week about all things relating to student travel! It’s great to have you on board at Wongutha!

This is a great opportunity!

WAAPA’s 11436NAT Certificate IV in Aboriginal Performance course is one-of-its-kind in Australia and its graduates punch way above their weight. Case in point: four of its alumni are the main creatives behind Melbourne Theatre Company’s production of Dirty Diamonds, slated for May-June next year. A co-production with Belvoir, in association with Yirra Yaakin and RISING, this First Nations road-trip crime caper is written and directed by Abbie-lee Lewis; it will star Logie Award winner Lila McGuire, Ruby Henaway and Ian Michael; and Belvoir Artistic Director Eamon Flack is associate director on the production – all WAAPA grads!

Head to our website and find out more about WAAPA’s 11436NAT Certificate IV in Aboriginal Performance course. No ATAR required. 🔗 in bio 🖤💛♥️
