~ Foster Care ~
We offer foster care services to Aboriginal children in Edmonton and surrounding area. This program focuses on ensuring the continuity in the children's cultural and historical teachings. Fostering is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the Aboriginal community. Contact: 780-477-6648
~ Group Care ~
Our three group homes provide a safe and secure environment. We provide homes that support the client's needs culturally, emotionally and physically, helping them develop and maintain contact with their family and peers. ~ Family Resource Network ~
This is a voluntary, home visitation program for any parents who require immediate support for their children aged 0-6 years old. This an an early intervention and prevention program meant to help you prevent, reduce, or eliminate behaviors that may put families at risk. ~ Traditional Indigenous Wellness Parenting Program ~
Topics include: structure & routine , residential schools, impacts of intergenerational trauma, stages of life, emotional regulation, medicine wheel teachings, Indigenous identity, stress management, communication, family violence, grief & loss, self-esteem & self-care, anger management, conflict resolution, attachment & bonding, relationships & boundaries, parenting styles, behavior management, and more! Course is provided in-person & online. A certificate is provided upon completion. This program runs four times a year, for 6 weeks | Monday - Thursday | Online: 10am - 12pm, In-Person: 10am - 2pm. ~ Semi-Independent Living Program ~
Reflecting on our namesake's focus on education, we now offer a program for youth between the ages of 16 to 24 years that are working towards completing high school and pursuing post-secondary studies. This program offers fully furnished one-bedroom units, with an on-site Elder, House Parent, Youth Coordinator and Life Skills Coach. Cost: $225.00 per day

~ Our Children Are Sacred Youth Suicide Prevention Program ~
Open to all members of community over the age of 18. This is a 2 day interactive course is designed to increase awareness on the preventative and protective factors that put people at risk for Suicide, and provides participants with the skills to respond to a person considering Suicide. The Program Modules delivered over 2 days include some of the following:

-Trauma
-Myths & Stigma
- Relationships
-Bullying
-Lateral violence
-sexual violence
-Grief & loss
-warning signs and risk factors

~ Collective Kitchen ~
Join us from your kitchen at home! This is a free, 5 day, online program from 1pm to 3pm. Participants will learn nutrition and healthy meals, kitchen safety, measuring and budgeting and more!
