AK Balance of State CoC Funding Competition Update -

On Friday, December 19, the Rhode Island US District Court issued a preliminary injunction on HUD's FY25 Continuum of Care NOFO. That evening, HUD submitted an updated FY25 NOFO on its website with the following message:
