❤️ Mono County Stands Together for Mental Health and Su***de Prevention.
The Mono County Board of Supervisors has officially issued a proclamation recognizing September as Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, reinforcing su***de prevention as a vital public health priority and honoring the efforts of Mono County Behavioral Health and local community partners.
No one in our community has to process stress, grief, or emotional distress alone.
🔹 If you or someone you care about is going through a difficult time, free and confidential resources are available:
Mono County Department of Behavioral Health: Call 760-924-1740 for local services, therapy, case management, and wellness programming.
Su***de & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 (available 24/7, free, and confidential).
Immediate Emergency: Call 911 in the event of an urgent crisis or emergency.
Let’s break the stigma, reach in to our friends and neighbors, and remind each other that seeking help is a sign of strength.
